The Norrona Trollveggen Superlight Down 850 Jacket W is the world’s lightest down jacket with pockets. 100% recycled 7D nylon and down850 are not only responsibly sourced, but also sport an outstanding warmth-to-weight ratio. This jacket is minimalistic, packable, and is great for layering, perfect for wear in all four seasons. This jacket has a slim fit and longer cut.

Recycled Nylon Face
Recycled nylon comes from used fishing nets, post‐industrial waste fiber and yarn collected from spinning and processed into reusable nylon fiber. The benefits of recycling nylon come from the reduced energy needed to produce the final fiber, reduced dependence on oil, and the diversion of waste from landfills. Norrona considers it recycled when the fabric consists of 50% or more of recycled raw materials.

down 850
Norrona’s down products use the highest available down quality that they can find, which is a by-product of the food industry (in contrast to being killed just for insulation). Norrona’s down comes from the mountains of Pyrenees in France.

All treatment of the birds complies with European standards, and the highly specialized washing of the down passes the Oeko-Tex 100 standards.

Norrona’s down 850 means down fill power from 850 to 900 cu in/oz with the percentage of down cluster from 93–96%.

Technical Fit
This is Norrona’s second tightest fit for women. Typically made for mountain biking, mountaineering, or climbing. The fit is made to balance between allowing multiple layers underneath without restricting movement or view when climbing. This garment is designed to be worn with different thickness of mid layers or insulation, preferably with technical or regular fit.
