If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, we want to offer the best customer satisfaction possible. Items can be exchanged, credited, or refunded within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions: All items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging, and all associated tags. Worn items and mounted skis will not be returned.
- Item’s Purchased At Retail Cost (not on sale): Eligible For Full Refund or Store Credit
- Item’s Purchased At 20% Off Or Less: Eligible For Full Refund or Store Credit
- Item’s Purchased On Sale at 20% Off Or More: Eligible For Store Credit
- Please include a copy of your receipt to expedite your returns.
- Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Mounted skis are non-refundable unless defective or there is a warranty issue.
- Ski boots and footwear (including bike shoes) can only be exchanged or put into store credit, and only if they are unused and unmodified.
- All luggage and backpacks have been set to include a $10 flat rate shipping fee. Luggage and Backpacks are non-refundable and non-returnable

Thank you for completing our RA form. Please note that you may not get a response right away. We are Vermonters after all and enjoy the simple things in life, like maple syrup, chopping wood and dogs with bandanas (we move slower). So please allow 24 hours to receive return RA instructions.
