2017 Juliana Furtado C S Mountain Bike (SOLD OUT)

2017 Juliana Furtado C S Mountain Bike available in Blue Raspberry

Available In Small

Available in Blue Raspberry

For Sale In Store Only at $4599

Some people want a garage full of bikes—one for every occasion. Other people want just one bike—the one that’s perfect for any occasion. The 2017 Juliana Furtado C S Mountain Bike is that bike.

A do-everything bike has a hell of a lot to live up to. It needs to climb as well as it descends. Plenty bikes make that promise; few of them deliver on it. The 2017 Juliana Furtado C S Mountain Bikeis the exception to the rule, which is probably why it’s our most popular model.

Juliana recently revised the Juliana Furtado C S Mountain Bike’s geometry, giving this bike even calmer handling on tricky descents, yet a more playful and nimble feel on tight and technical trails.

There are people who say you can’t squeeze all of that into just one bike. Those people haven’t ridden the 2017 Juliana Furtado C S Mountain Bike.

2017 Santa Cruz Bronson C S Mountain Bike (SOLD OUT)

Available in Large (Medium Is Sold Out)

Available In Matte Carbon

For Sale In Store Only for $4599

When Santa Cruz  introduced Bronson, it took the market by storm, redefining what people expected from a 150mm trail bike. Equally at home in the Trans-Provence as it was on The Ridge, updating and improving it was going to be no small feat.

The most visible upgrade is the completely new VPP® link arrangement.  The lower link tucks neatly above the bottom bracket, fully-recessed and protected from impacts.  Meanwhile the box-section upper link now mounts cleanly to the top tube and enhances lateral stiffness as a result. Shock rate’s been refined in the process too, delivering greater small bump sensitivity and a more progressive mid-stroke.

Geometry has also evolved subtly to meet demand from riders for a bike of this ilk.  The seat tube angle’s been steepened, placing the rider right above the cranks and perfectly in position to lay down the power. Meanwhile a one-degree slacker 66 degree head tube angle combines with a 20-25mm longer top tube and shorter chainstay length to create an evermore rally-ready geometry than its predecessor.

By using a slightly-less-expensive carbon fiber, we were able to put performance within reach of more riders than ever before, lifting the race pace of World Cup athletes and privateers alike. The stiffness, durability, and strength are identical between the two materials, but the C-level carbon weighs in at about 280 grams more than the top-end, CC carbon.

2017 Santa Cruz 5010 C S Mountain Bike (SOLD OUT)

2017 Santa Cruz 5010 C S Mountain Bike
2017 Santa Cruz 5010 C S Mountain Bike

Available In Medium and Large

Available In Gloss Red

For Sale In Store Only for $4599

The 2017 Santa Cruz 5010 Mountain Bike is built to serve the most technical backcountry missions.

130mm of VPP® (Virtual Pivot Point) travel produces a shorter chainstay length and lower BB height compared to the 2017 Santa Cruz 5010 Mountain Bike’s bigger-travel brethren. This creates a uniquely playful character and an insatiable appetite for negotiating steep, rocky climbs.

And when it’s time to head home, playtime becomes a riot. The new 2017 Santa Cruz 5010 Mountain Bike has a 67-degree head tube angle, more aggressive than before, and the longer top tube welcomes the use of shorter stems for more precise handling and greater confidence on rapid descents. The 2017 Santa Cruz 5010 Mountain Bike also shares all the latest VPP® hardware with the new Bronson. The top-tube-mounted, box-section upper link is a leap forward in durability and stiffness, and the lower link rests cleanly out of the way, dramatically improving clearance and minimizing rock strikes.

Bike choice can be a numbers game, but if your game is conquering epic trails then 2017 Santa Cruz 5010 Mountain Bike is the only number you need know.

This alloy version of the 2017 Santa Cruz 5010 Mountain Bike differs just slightly from its carbon brethren: Santa Cruz opted against including ISCG tabs, as one-by drivetrains have rendered them mostly unnecessary, and we’ve made the switch to an integrated headset like you’ll find on the Hightower and Tallboy.  The Alloy version of the 2017 Santa Cruz 5010 Mountain Bike is available to demo in our demo fleet. These decisions shaved a bit of weight from the frame, which otherwise includes all the features you’ll find on our C and CC-level carbon frames, but in an attractive, strong, aluminum package.
